Farrang Menu

Our Chefs are all top quality  5 star hotel chefs with a vast experience of many types of cuisine. Kammee, in particular, spent a number of years as the Head Chef in the European kitchen of the Siam Beverly Hotel in Bangkok, and is specially skilled in Meat and Fish Steaks.

We have been told by regular customers that they would come to our lovely restaurant more with their friends, but sometimes one or more person would prefer other than Thai Cuisine. We have therefor decided to make use of Kammee's tallents and have produced the following 'Farrang' (European) Menu.

To Start

Garlic Mushrooms - £4-95
Large button mushrooms filled with garlic cheese and deep fried in tempura batter, with salad and garlic mayonnaise.

Pate’ - £4-95
Pate‘ of the day with melba toast and fresh leaves.

Prawns in Filo Pastry - £5-95
King Prawns, marinated and wrapped in filo pastry. Deep fried and served with salad and sweet chilli sauce

Grilled Meats
Choice of Homemade Pepper, Diane or Red Wine Sauce at an additional £2-45  

Sirloin Steak - £13-95
8oz Prime sirloin steak grilled to your liking, served with chips, mushrooms and onions  and salad or croquet potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Prime Rump Steak - £11-95
10oz Prime rump steak, grilled to your liking served with chips,mushrooms and onions and salad .

Grilled Pork Loin Steak - £10-95

Two slices of pork loin steak, grilled to perfection, served with grilled tomato, onions and chips with salad

Beef or Pork Burgers - £8-50

Try Kammees’ homemade 6oz beef or pork burgers served on a toasted sesame bun, served with chips and salad. (The Best & Biggest Burgers in Lincoln!) 

Grilled Fish

Choice of Homemade Mediterranean Tomato and Garlic Sauce or Caper Sauce at an additional £2-45

Grilled Swordfish Steak - £13-95
8oz swordfish loin steak served with salad and croquet potatoes.

Grilled Tuna Steak - £14-95  when available
8oz yellow fin tuna steak served with salad and croquet potatoes

Prime minced beef rump cooked with diced onion and red beans in a Mexican chilli and tomato sauce, served with Mexican rice, and salad .

Spaghetti Bolognese - £7-95
Chefs own Bolognese sauce with prime minced beef, garlic and onion on a bed of spaghetti  with Parmesan cheese
